On The Road

Beautiful tulips from my DIL's garden.
Clearly she doesn't have deer!

Getting ready to head out to the Delaware shore.  Lewes, her I come!
IF you are in the area, I'll be speaking at the Ocean Waves Quilt Guild on Monday morning.
The topic is: "Inspiration From Squiggles and Dots".
Come see me.

  1. To save your tulips from the deer, shave Irish Spring soap around the Tunis. Also a mixture of one litre of water, one egg yolk and one tablespoon of baking powder. Put it in a spray bottle and spray the plants every couple of weeks. Especially after a rain. I also use it on the hostas and the holly. Good luck. Enjoy your posts.

  2. Hi, Love your blog! Tulips make me so happy this time of year! I am RenaissanceSandi...and I am one of your fellow bloggers for the American Made Brand Solids Blog Tour. Please stop by and follow my blog, if you like.

  3. Saying hi from the American brand blog tour! I love your bike block that made it into the 100 blocks magazine! Amazing detail.

  4. Loved meeting you !! The class today was great!! Looking forward to getting all my 1/2 square triangles trimmed and laid out into a pattern for a wall hanging. We will be in touch about another class for 2015!!
